1. Order Placement

2. Web site review (if you already have a web site)
After receiving and studying your company information, we review your corporate identity and existing web site, and provide detailed critique within 48 hours, free of charge.

3. Order Processing
Once you decided to work with our company and we received you order and payment, the actual work on your project begins. We will send you e-mail confirmation and notify you if there is any additional information needed. |

4. Marketing Research
Marketing expert examines your marketing situation and gives his suggestions to the creative team. |

|
5. Brainstorming
Designers meet to discuss your web site or logo design concepts. During these sessions they generate ideas and choose graphс means and strategies to better express your identity. |

6. Initial Samples
Within the time frame specified by a package chosen, you receive an e-mail with web site or logo design concepts in .gif, .jpeg or .jpg formats. |

7. Revisions
Once you look at the designs and pick the sample, there will be some more questions to follow in the form attached for you to make a revision. After we receive an e-mail with your remarks, you are provided with more design samples. The number of revisions is determined by each package. |

8. Design Approval
When you are satisfied with web site or logo design and we get your approval, we prepare final design kit. Final logo design files will be e-mailed to you in .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .ai, .cdr, .tiff, .eps and final webpages – in .html format. |

9. Backup
We will store backup copies of all your files during a half year period after the final files are e-mailed to you. You will be able to restore your design from them any time. at the designs and pick the sample, there will be some more questions to follow in the form attached for you to make a revision. After we receive an e-mail with your remarks, you are provided with more design samples. The number of revisions is determined by each package. |
